  4.      This is a full description of the much larger file WBTSR14K.ZIP .
  5.      Size 118K when compressed, 272K expanded.

  9.      WORLD BEST TSR v1.43 is a superb integrated pop-up utility
  10.      providing file viewer, text finder, file manager, alarm clock,
  11.      time & date control, printer paper saving, screen saver,
  12.      security key (blanks screen & locks keyboard),
  13.      enlarged cursor for laptops...
  14.  
  15.      Keyboard features (which can be turned on & off at will) include:
  16.           working Scroll Lock key,
  17.           key click,
  18.           type shifted & alt+keypad characters with one finger,
  19.           use F11/F12 in all programs,
  20.           beep when Caps/Scroll/Num Lock state changes from off to on,
  21.           sensible shift (Caps Lock + Shift = upper case).

  47.      program, but the documentation varies slightly.

  49.      Other archive names may indicate other localisations, or that the
  50.      archive was not compressed by the author. Some vendors distribute
  51.      the disk edition as a ZIP.

  53.      The disk edition, aimed at novice computer users, has 103K of extra
  54.      material not in the BBS edition. BBS callers are assumed to
  55.      understand computers and worry about their phone bill, so the
  56.      documentation in your version is short and to the point.
